I see the message of the greeting but no picture and the page says it is still loading - what is wrong?

Why is there no sound on a certain greeting card -- what is wrong?
There are several things that could be causing this problem.
First, make sure you have the newest version of your web browser. To get the most recent version of
Microsoft Internet Explorer for free, go here.
Second, make sure your web browser is configured to play MIDI files.

Can I download one of the greeting cards on your site?
While you are not able to download the greeting cards from our website, all of the cards will remain
online for the lifetime of our website. Just save the URL for a greeting card you enjoyed, and you
will be able to view it again and again, whenever you like.
Will I be charged for using PerfectGreetings.com?
Using our greeting card system is, and will always be, completely free. (In fact, every feature on the PerfectGreetings.com system is free.)
Why is my message undeliverable?
There are two possible answers to this question. The most common cause of this error is a mistyped email address or an email address with "illegal" characters in it (+, -, ", etc.).
If the address is correct, however, then it is possible that the Internet Service Provider of your friend's email address is not accepting mail from us. Once you have confirmed that the email address of the intended recipient is correct, send an email to getsupport@demand-entertainment.com with the subject "Undeliverable mail: [EMAIL ADDRESS]" and we will attempt to resolve the situation.
